The picture above shows #8 after a few mowings. This is the first spray with the big spray rig that will feed the young plants and give the them the nutrition they need to spread and grow into a healthy stand of turf.
You can notice that the high areas do not show as much green grass. This is from the heavy rains the week after planting. Those rains washed a portion of the seed off the slopes on the greens.
We have our fingers crossed for good weather up through July to give us a leg up going into summer.
